Ruzinha is personally responsible for the overall operational management of Head Up Training & Development (Pty) Ltd.
Within her role as Project Co-Ordinator, Ruzinha ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget. She is also responsible for multi-tasking and coordinating multiple aspects of a project at the same time. Ruzinha also ensures that all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. Ruzinha works with the various members of the project team to develop timelines, create schedules, and oversee progress to ensure goals are met on time.
Ruzinha also organises contracts, financial files, reports, and invoices, and performs administrative duties such as billing. She is also responsible for coordinating and attending meetings and developing project strategies.
Ruzinha coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, by ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. She also tracks and analyses projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and reports about any possible or current blocks, risks, overflows and deficits.
Based on the provided scope and requirements of the client, Ruzinha translates them into tasks, schedules and assigns specific tasks to specific team members. She works closely with the Senior team members on project work to keep projects going according to schedule.
She tracks and analyses project performance, cost performance, schedules and reports to the Senior team members on any changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above.
Ruzinha, together with the project team, creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation and participates in the project team’s performance reviews, as well as performs quality assurance on the project.
In addition, Ruzinha is also responsible for Human Resources, including, but not limited to, Industrial Relations, HR administration, Company Policies and procedures documentation, Employee Contracts, Induction and Socialisation programmes, Organisational Charting & Planning, Job analysis, Staff Retention and Replacement, Recruitment, Selection and Placement of employees for our client base, identifying operational inefficiencies, relationship building between suppliers and creditors, analysis of target markets, development and implementation of strategies (these include marketing strategies and risk management strategies) and soft skills training.
Her extensive experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations for several years ensures that the Human Resources function runs smoothly and effectively whilst ensuring the highest levels of client service and satisfaction.
